제너럴 모터스(GM)는 2026년 4월 28일 1분기 실적 발표와 함께 미국 대법원이 트럼프 행정부의 광범위한 관세 조치 중 일부를 위헌으로 판결함에 따라 5억 달러의 관세 환급을 받을 것으로 예상한다고 밝혔다. GM의 메리 바라 CEO는 주주 서한에서 이번 환급으로 인해 연간 이자 및 세전 이익(EBIT) 전망을 기존 130억150억 달러에서 135억155억 달러로 상향 조정했다. 1분기 순이익은 26억 2천만 달러로 전년 대비 6% 감소했으나, 풀사이즈 픽업트럭 판매 호조와 소프트웨어 서비스 수익이 실적을 뒷받침했다.
